What's the difference between Window and Interior?
Light. Premium Window desks are the four desks in the Sunshine Nook, facing floor-to-ceiling glass. Premium Interior desks are on the main floor without a window. Perks are identical.
When do Premium Window desks open?
December 2. Current waitlist members and Tarra members get first access, then we move through the public waitlist in order.
What happens to my $100?
It holds your place on the waitlist and is applied to your first month's dues when you move in.
Can I do a shorter term?
Premium Interior is available on a 3-month term at $375/mo. Premium Window is a 12-month term only.
Are you open over the holidays?
We're closed December 20 to January 4. Premium members keep unstaffed 24/7 access to Tarra Office during that time.
